Refund & Return Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • You received a defective or damaged item (e.g. stitching error, print defect, item damaged during shipping)
  • You received the wrong product

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any other reason.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or damaged items: We will cover the return shipping cost in full.
  • All other approved returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Request a Return

Do not send items back without contacting us first. To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at kitdripcontact1@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the item
  3. Our team will review your request and provide the return address and instructions

Return address will be provided individually upon approval. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (maximum of 3 days after item reception) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Personalized Items

Jerseys with custom names, numbers, or patches are non-refundable under any circumstances, except in the case of a confirmed defect or our error.

Non-Returnable Situations

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer
  • Items that have been worn or washed
  • Items returned without prior written approval
  • Delays caused by customs or carriers

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
